yay two days in a row!!

Braden's got so good at jumping on his little bouncer deal!! He goes crazy. And he grew out of his tub that was supposed to last thru the 1st year so we're trying this ducky tub. Apparently it makes a pretty good lounge chair also!! Brody suggested we take it to the pool!! Great idea! My dad came over the other day and when he would clear his throat Braden would crack up, so in these pics, I was clearing my throat making him laugh. My throat was seriously sore for a day after but it was totally worth it!!!

4 months old, I think....?

Braden is offically 4 months old! I was a little confused on his age, but I just counted weeks and he'll be 17 weeks Tuesday. I'm lucky to know my own name, much less what day it is. It has definitely gotten harder lately. He's tested me a LOT. He screams, and screams and screams. Then he'll do something like put his hand on mine while he falls asleep or when I go to hand him a toy, he'll grab my finger instead of the toy and it reminds me just how much this little guy loves me and needs me. No matter how close to the edge he pushes me, I can't take it personal. I get stressed out, no doubt. But this too shall pass. Luckily, I've had family around and my girlfriend from church who went thru this has really helped me thru everything I'm feeling and talked me off the ledge =) But we're doing pretty good other than the (almost) daily struggles with Braden. Brody graduates Kindergarten June 8 and we're going to Oklahoma for a while yay!!! Here are some pics!!

long time...

So I realize it's been a long time since I've updated this (thanks Mandy!!). It's really been a great month. We went to Oklahoma and had an awesome time. Braden got really sick w/salmonella poisoning and now we're keeping him home because of all the swine flu mess. Well that doesn't sound like much but we've stayed pretty busy!! Braden now smiles a lot, grabs things and "talks" a lot!! If I can upload video to here, I will. Here are a lot of pics....
